Custom Cowboy Hats/Leather Goods/Badges
ANY custom work is not returnable. It has been designed and/or made specifically for you – or your business.  We will work with you, and do all we can to make sure it works for you – short of returning it. Thank-you.

We can fix virtually anything on a custom hat except the COLOR and WIND STRING HOLES, and COLOR for our hand made leather.

Please note for custom hat and leather orders
All hat and leather orders get a follow up email with a production receipt for you to confirm your order details a final time. Once you have confirmed your PRODUCTION RECEIPT by replying to our email, we mark the order “complete” in our client account interface. This does not indicate it has shipped, only that all details have been confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. To best serve all our customers we ask that you contact us with your questions or order updates via email. You will usually get an answer the same day, and always within 24 hours. Thank-you for your assistance and support in our goal of giving all clients the very best in customer service.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time of 6-8 weeks for hats is subject to availability of the rough hat body needed to make the hat. Like all hat makers we buy rough hat bodies from a factory that makes nothing else.

We use Winchester hat bodies that are made in the USA and are the finest available. In today’s booming economy, these outstanding hat bodies are in high demand, and well worth the wait. Should the hat body color you order get back ordered on us we will communicate the delay immediately, with suggestions and solutions and go from there. The delay is seldom more than a week or two.

A note about our Cowboy Hats and Custom Leather Goods
Absolutely imperative to know your proper hat size, or get an accurate measurement of your head for cowboy hats, and your waist for gun belts. For customers that are not familiar with how a sized hat fits, we strongly recommend you visit your nearest Mall and try some on, so you have an idea of what size you wear. We cannot be there to take these measurements so be completely sure about the size you order.

We will refund purchases of POSTERS and BADGES.

PLEASE NOTE: Our refund offer is good for 30 – days upon delivery. If there is a problem please e-mail us at service @ thelastbestwest .com and tell us what the problem is. Product must be in resalable condition on return. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges.
