OUR SHIPPING STANDARDS

Excluding custom items we try to ship all orders within 72 hours. Please understand that unless you pay extra for 3 day or overnight courier delivery all badges and posters ship basic parcel post. There are no tracking numbers. Orders with 3 Day or overnight shipping will have a tracking #e-mailed,  so you can track your order right to your door.

Overseas Buyers

Additional shipping charges apply for overseas orders. Most Overseas countries will require an additional payment of only 50 dollars for Cowboy Hats or Custom Leather orders. 25 dollars extra is all that is required for shipping of posters or badges. Canadian and Mexican badge orders please add the additional 10 dollars shipping option. If it is a large order and weight becomes an issue we will e-mail you after your purchase. Customers who may not agree with the additional shipping charges will have their purchase(s) cheerfully refunded back to their credit card. Please use a current e-mail address and check it regularly. Please be patient – orders are expedited in the order they are received. We want you to have our last best west products as fast as possible. So buy with confidence – we’ll  get your order off to you licketty-split!

Whenever possible we ship using the postal service for Badges, Posters, Windstrings and Hatbands.  Leather orders ship via the Postal Service.  Hat orders ship via UPS within the continental USA, and by the Postal Service outside of the USA.

International orders are subject to Customs – which can delay delivery a week or even two.  Taxes and any applicable duty / customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Expedited or rush orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Customers will be supplied a tracking # the day the item ships.

PLEASE NOTE: An item that is sent out on a Tuesday on a 3-business day courier delivery – will be at the location no later than 5PM local time on that Friday. The day the package ships does NOT count as one day. Therefore 5PM Friday is the end of the 3rd day.
