Appaloosa is such a good story, with all the actors doing a fine job of moving the story along.
Our Randall Bragg Movie Cowboy Hat has a telescope crown, pencil rolled brim, and is then hand-shaped and rolled higher on the left. We have used 10 cut-out star conchos strung out along a piece of 1/2" inch of leather.
