HELENA WOMANS SUEDE COAT
The Last Best West Helena womans suede coat is made from Black suede leather, is lined and has one inside pocket.
Helena is Montana’s capital, and is sometimes known as the “Queen City of the Rockies”. While it is not Montana’s largest city, it does have some interesting history.
Before Helena became the capital of Montana, it was a gold mining community. Gold was discovered in 1864 and the town quickly grew into a booming community near Last Chance Gulch. In fact today the meandering main street of Helena is called Last Chance Gulch.
The Helena is available in Ladies sizes XXS to 5XL.
See sizing chart in the picture gallery. NOTE: This coat is a SLIM FIT and we suggest you order one size larger.
The coat features two generous front pockets, and a large collar to keep foul weather off your face and neck. The turtle motif of the beaded conchos and the fringe add to the western look.
Fringe on leather clothing is a functional design feature pioneered by native Americans, hundreds of years ago. Its job is to channel off rain and snow, allowing the garment to dry faster. And beside that it looks real cool!
