After receiving my first cowboy hat from the Last Best West, I was thrilled with the quality of the product. So, I decided to order another, the Lt. Col. Kilgore. Unfortunately, when the hat arrived it was crumpled and severely damaged in shipping.
Although I was greatly saddened by this, customer service at Last Best West was absolutely amazing. Without asking for the damaged hat to be returned and without any bureaucracy, they immediately replaced the hat and had it to me in a short period of time. The second version of the hat arrived in perfect condition. Like the first I purchased, it was a great fit and of outstanding quality.
I receive compliments whenever I wear it and I always tell others to check out the Last Best West for quality products and workmanship with excellent customer service. It’s only a matter of time before I order my next. Thank-you so much!
