Sonja, my hat was delivered today, even earlier than expected. I love it! Thank you, your hat maker, and everyone at TLBW for such a beautiful, practical, work of art.
The only issue is that the horsehair hat band I ordered didn’t make the journey with the hat. My guess would be it fell out when the box was reopened and the vent holes were added to the crown.
If you could just mail that to me that would be greatly appreciated. (done)
