Fort Apache Cavalry Hat - Shown with optional Heavy Trail Dust We took our Rossiter crown, and put a pushed up cavalry brim on it. Added heavy trail dust, a "bullet hole" through the pinch in the crown, and a slight nick in the right side of the brim from a knife fight. A real "tricked out" character hat! You will find hats similar to this in any of the 3 classic westerns from John Ford, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, Fort Apache, or Rio Grande. -

Frenchy Custom Fedora. Our take on Paul Henreid’s, Victor Laszlo fedora from Casablanca. (1942) The movie was put into wide release on January 23 1943, and at the Academy Awards of 1944, won 3 Oscars, including Best Film, Director, and Screen Play. Hays Cooper Cowboy Hat - Our take on the Hays Cooper hat worn by Chuck Norris in Walker, Texas Ranger. In 1993 Chuck Norris took on the role of Walker, Texas Ranger and over the next 9 years it was one of the most popular shows on TV. To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Bonanza (1959 - 1972) debuting on TV, this is our take on the magnificently simple hat worn by Dan Blocker as Hoss. Big Guys like big hats. And Dan Blocker was a big man right from the start. Weighing 14 pounds at birth he grew to be a 6' 4" and 300 pound favorite on the iconic TV Western, Bonanza. Our take on the Ike Clanton Movie Hat - from Tombstone {1993} The 4 dent military style crown was a common crown treatment in the old west. This hat with the pushed up front was worn by Stephen Lang as the cowardly drunk, Ike Clanton, in one of Hollywood's all time great western's - Tombstone. Robert Fuller was one of Hollywood's most handsome leading men in the 1950s and 60s, and he had a fine career playing cowboy heroes, including Jess Harper from Laramie. Our first hat was given to Mr. Fuller in 2017, as a gift from his fan club. More below

John Elder Movie Hat - John Elder isn't very popular around town. He starts asking questions about how his mother lost the family ranch, in The Sons of Katie Elder. This is one of those formula westerns from the 1960s. Dean Martin, Earl Holliman, and Michael Anderson Jr. play 3 of the brothers. All three come home for their mother's funeral. Its not long before they start hearing whispers about their father being murdered and their mother cheated out of the family ranch.- Crown: 6" inch modified pecan top with side pinch.

Our version of the Johnny Ringo Hat - from Tombstone {1993} Hats in the old west shipped with a satin ribbon and bow for the hat band and cowboys would often add their own hat band and just slide it over the existing satin one. Our custom Ringo hat has the same off kilter crown as the movie hat, and the same rakish upturn to the right side of the brim. Instead of the braided horse hair band that's sported in the movie, we've chosen to wrap our custom wind string, around the existing band.
