the Little J Cowboy Hat - from Posse {1993} This is one massive hat - easily one of the largest we make. We make our version of the hat that is worn by Stephen Baldwin in the movie, Posse. This puppy has a 6 inch crown with a 5 inch brim.

The Billy the Kid Western Movie hat is an off kilter telescope style. It is from the 2019 western with a twist, The Kid. This re-telling of the Billy the Kid saga has the movie's point of view taken from a teenager who happens to cross his path. The hat Billy wears has a certain amount of historical credibility and is sure to get attention

This sharp looking hat style is a smaller cousin of our Desperado style from 2018. If you prefer the crown to tilt left to right instead of right to left, just request it on the notes below as you build your hat.

We have what we think is a dynamic cowboy hat design for the 21st century. Great for sun protection, with a 4 3/4 inch crown and a 4 inch brim the hat is tall enough and wide enough to give good all weather protection. We started with the classic Canadian (rectangular top dent) crown and deepened the front and side dents. The brim has a front drover style roll and we have a slight pencil roll at the back and through the sides.

Cry Macho Cowboy Hat - Clint Eastwood cowboy hat from the film, Cry Macho This classic cowboy hat design is a variation of the style Mr. Eastwood wore in his role as Rowdy Yates, in the late 1950s era TV western, Rawhide. Another gem of a movie from Director Clint Eastwood. This modern western features familiar themes, but with the Eastwood touch it comes across fresh and powerful. This is the cowboy hat he sports as former rodeo star, Mike Milo.

Eli McCullough Cowboy Hat - Our take on the hat style worn by Pierce Brosnan in AMC's The Son TV series. This great looking hat has a 5 1/4 inch crown with a 3 1/2 inch, kettle curled, hand rolled and bound edge brim. The show hat has a matching ribbon and bound edge. We show ours with a contrasting chocolate brown ribbon/bow and brim edge. This style of hat could easily be a first cousin of our version of a Union Cavalry Hat we debuted in 2016.

This is his hat. Only 12 men have played pro Basketball and Baseball. Chuck Connors was one of them. His long acting career began in 1952, and he never got a better role than that of rancher, and single father, Lucas McCain.
