This is our take on the Lone Ranger hat from the 1950s era western series, popularized by actor Clayton Moore. -
Quigley Cowboy hat - Pinches and dents on hat crowns originated by working cowboys so they could more easily pick up their hats. The 3 pinch cavalry style is likely the most common as this creasing allows you to easily pick up or handle your hat. This is our version of the Quigley hat, and it comes with the hat band. Paladin Hat - the Have Gun Will Travel Gunfighters' Hat (1957–1963) The hat Richard Boone wore with the kettle curl and with the pecan crown is the early season hat and the one we like the best. The Billy the Kid Western Movie hat is an off kilter telescope style. It is from the 2019 western with a twist, The Kid. This re-telling of the Billy the Kid saga has the movie's point of view taken from a teenager who happens to cross his path. The hat Billy wears has a certain amount of historical credibility and is sure to get attention
This sharp looking hat style is a smaller cousin of our Desperado style from 2018. If you prefer the crown to tilt left to right instead of right to left, just request it on the notes below as you build your hat.

Real Buckaroo's wear the Buck
We have what we think is a dynamic cowboy hat design for the 21st century. Great for sun protection, with a 4 3/4 inch crown and a 4 inch brim the hat is tall enough and wide enough to give good all weather protection. We started with the classic Canadian (rectangular top dent) crown and deepened the front and side dents. The brim has a front drover style roll and we have a slight pencil roll at the back and through the sides.

Cry Macho Cowboy Hat - Clint Eastwood cowboy hat from the film, Cry Macho This classic cowboy hat design is a variation of the style Mr. Eastwood wore in his role as Rowdy Yates, in the late 1950s era TV western, Rawhide. Another gem of a movie from Director Clint Eastwood. This modern western features familiar themes, but with the Eastwood touch it comes across fresh and powerful. This is the cowboy hat he sports as former rodeo star, Mike Milo.
