Hays Cooper Cowboy Hat - Our take on the Hays Cooper hat worn by Chuck Norris in Walker, Texas Ranger. In 1993 Chuck Norris took on the role of Walker, Texas Ranger and over the next 9 years it was one of the most popular shows on TV. During the 6th season an old west Texas Ranger character was developed over a couple of hours of a double episode. This was the hat style Hays Cooper wore. -
Our take on the Jess Harper Cowboy hat from the classic TV series, Laramie.
Robert Fuller was one of Hollywood's most handsome leading men in the 1950s and 60s, and he had a fine career playing cowboy heroes, including Jess Harper from Laramie. Our first hat was given to Mr. Fuller in 2017, as a gift from his fan club. More below

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Bonanza (1959 - 1972) debuting on TV, this is our take on the magnificently simple hat worn by Dan Blocker as Hoss. Big Guys like big hats. And Dan Blocker was a big man right from the start. Weighing 14 pounds at birth he grew to be a 6' 4" and 300 pound favorite on the iconic TV Western, Bonanza. Our basic rifle sheath comes in a natural color, is made from rough out leather and is simple and durable. The stitching is reinforced at wear points and has a fold over flap with lace, for rain and snow protection. We add a long leather flap with a tie down that will allow you to carry several different length firearms, by simply folding the flap over as much or little as needed.
